I am a Chief HR Officer for Emerson Collective. I am a values driven leader having spent the last 20 years building best in class people operations and talent management programs for different companies across the technology and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, I was Head of HR at D2iQ, a leading cloud native automation provider; prior to that, I was the first VP of People Operations at Quizlet, and the first Head of People Operations and Success at Okta. Earlier in my career, I was an HR Manager at Community Gatepath, a nonprofit serving people with special needs and developmental disabilities in the greater San Francisco Bay.
Throughout my career, I have served as an advocate for both employees and employers in the effort to create a rewarding employee experience for top talent with a laser focus in the areas of:
- recruitment, L&D, engagement and total rewards
- a compelling employee value proposition
- innovative and collaborative working environments with a high-performance culture
In my various roles, I have been a strategic partner in implementing people initiatives aligned with business objectives to support overall company growth and success at scale. I graduated from Stanford University and earned my Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
